Area Specialist
Job Description:
- To oversee sushi bar and general operations within region
- To make certain that Sushi Bar Manager(s) and Chef(s) are following through with ACE’s specific working guidelines and food safety & sanitation procedures
Requirements
- Extensive traveling within region
- Will preferably have food management experience, be responsible, and have good communication skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in English and have computer skills
Sushi Bar Manager
Job Description:
- Manage and operate sushi bar and Asian hot food program
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience working with a sushi bar or with Asian food
- Knowledge of sushi making and food safety & sanitation procedures
- Must have excellent customer service skills (perform sampling/demonstrations)
Sushi Bar Manager Trainee
Job Description:
- To acquire sushi making experience and to get acquainted with food safety & sanitation procedures – in order to be a possible future Sushi Bar Manager candidate
- Assist Sushi Bar Manager in day-to-day operations
- Tasks include (but are not limited to) customer service and performing sampling/demonstrations
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience working with a sushi bar or with Asian food
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be willing to learn and motivate others
